Supporting SSAFA

We’re delighted to be supporting our chosen charity, SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association), over the next five years.

Our goal is to raise £250,000 for the charity, to help it continue its amazing work for servicemen and women, veterans and their families. So far, our staff have climbed mountains, completed mammoth bike rides, held cake sales, attended charity galas and even shaved their heads in an effort to raise vital funds for SSAFA.

Total amount raised: £168,000 (November 2017)

SSAFA is the UK’s oldest national military charity. It provides lifelong support to those who are serving or have ever served in our Armed Forces in the last 130 years. SSAFA supports around 60,000 people every day; providing welfare advice and support, housing services, children’s services, health and social care services and other services like mentoring and bereavement services.

Their support covers Regulars and Reserves in the British Army, the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, and anyone who has completed National Service. It also supports their families.
