Due to the extreme weather conditions we are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes at our customer service centre.
A number of our offices are also inaccessible due to site and road closures, causing some operational issues. We are prioritising emergency works and works relating to heating systems as much as possible and understand the importance of doing this.
Due to the volume of calls currently effecting our customer service centre we would encourage customers to avoid raising non-urgent works at this time. We understand there are a large amount of issues relating to frozen pipes, affecting many of our customers, and this causing problems across the UK. We would encourage customers to keep their heating on, even on a low setting when away from home, to avoid further failures due to freezing.
